Bird Nest Playdough Activity

Bird Nest Playdough Activity

I created this activity for my kids last year and they absolutely loved it. Since it is Spring, I figured I would bring it back! It is a super simple set up and really inexpensive. I bought everything, including the birds at the dollar store, made my own play dough, and had my kids collect sticks. I like to add this bird book while we play so they can learn at the same time.

Things You Need

  • playdough (favorite recipe here)
  • pretend birds (dollar store)
  • moss or dried grass
  • sticks
