If you haven’t tried avocado pudding before, now is the time!  This is one of my all time favorite recipes and my family loves it.  It is a very simple and easy recipe that is great as a snack or even for breakfast if you are running short on time. It is thicker than a smoothie so ideally should be eaten with a spoon.  When I serve it to my kids I put it in these reusable pouches to eliminate any messes.

I make it with coconut milk since we are currently dairy free, but you can use any milk or milk alternative product.

Serving Suggestions:

  • all by its self as a pudding
  • with cinnamon and sugar chips as a dessert
  • slice up fruit (apples, strawberries, etc.) as a dip
