It seems like everyone is sick right now and although we are hanging on with a few sore throats and runny noses (knock on wood), we still need a little relief. This sore throat remedy tastes amazing, will make you feel so much better, and is really good for you.
Why so healthy?
- ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and helps to flush toxins from the body.
- lemon creates an acidic environment for bacteria.
- honey is anti-bacterial and has anti-inflammatory properties to reduce swelling.
- apple cider vinegar creates a hostile environment for bacteria due to the high acidity levels.
Ingredients

2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
