Last year I shared a post about my mudroom design including everything we needed to make it as functional as possible for our large family. Now that we have used it for over a year, I can still say I am in love it with! That being said, I didn’t use it to its full protentional last summer, so I decided to change it. I moved all of the winter gear from our pull out drawers and put them in baskets above. I then added beach towels, hats, extra socks, and whatever else my kids will quickly need in the Summer. My older girls have their soccer gear as well as lunch boxes in their pull outs. Since my mudroom is attached to my laundry room and has a back door, it is the perfect location to keep beach towels for those kiddie pool and sprinkler days. Like I shared in my original post, I also keep sunscreen, bug spray, and first aid stuff in my cabinet year round. It makes it so much easier for me to grab these things whenever I need them rather than having to run upstairs. Check out the video below for the details.
