Avocado toast is one of my favorite foods. When I was pregnant with my second baby, I literally ate avocado toast with salsa and a fried egg for lunch every day. For some reason I am still not sick of it, but I have started to venture out and try a few new flavors. Avocado is great because it can be sweet or salty. It is filling and of course really healthy for you. Below are my top three favorite recipes.
Avocado & Salsa
Avocado (mashed or sliced) — when mashing I add a little bit of garlic powder for flavor

diced cilantro
dash of sea salt
hot sauce (optional)
fried egg (optional)
Avocado & Strawberry
Avocado (mashed or sliced)

fresh strawberries (sliced)
balsamic glaze
dash of sea salt + cracked pepper to taste
Avocado & Citrus
*this is amazing in the winter when citrus is in season, the mix of creamy avocado and citrus is delicious*
